Refund and Cancellation Policy

At K K Samajseva Foundation, we deeply value every contribution we receive and strive to ensure transparency and accountability in all our operations. This policy outlines the conditions under which donations and payments may be refunded or cancelled.

1. Donations

  • All donations made to K K Samajseva Foundation are voluntary and non-refundable.

  • Once a donation has been received, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or transferred to another individual or cause.

  • Donors are requested to ensure the accuracy of all details (amount, personal information, payment mode, etc.) before completing the transaction.

2. Duplicate Donations

If a donor accidentally makes a duplicate donation or an error in the amount, please contact us within 7 working days at pradeepkumar10879@gmail.com with proof of the transaction.
After verification, the excess amount may be refunded or adjusted against future donations at the donor’s request.

3. Event or Program Payments

In case of payments made for participation in an event, workshop, or program organized by K K Samajseva Foundation, cancellations may be considered only if notified at least 7 days prior to the event date. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 10–15 working days after review.

4. Tax Exemption Receipts

Once a donation receipt (for tax exemption under applicable sections, if any) has been issued, refunds cannot be processed under any circumstances.

5. Processing of Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be made through the same payment method used for the original transaction.

  • Transaction charges, if any, levied by the payment gateway or bank may be deducted from the refund amount.
